We stopped in Springfield,
Mo. for the night and picked up the Hello Kitty Travel Bug to be a
companion to The Great Race Home II Travel Bug. Hello Kitty has logged over 6000
miles by this date. She is a veteran.
You can't read the sign from the camera view. It says
Oklahoma. |

We weren't hungry at this
point, but everyone claimed to need a bathroom break.. And if
you look close at the gauges below, the van needed gas.
This McDonalds is also a Phillips 66 gas station. If you stay on
the road, you get to drive right under it, though I always
seem to end up going to the side of it to go in or get gas. |

The claim this is the
largest McDonalds there is. It is if you consider the Square
Footage. But seat wise, there are bigger. I won't argue
with them and let them claim it.
To the left, right next to the McDonalds sign is a statue of Will
Rogers. |
