Heres' a Fun 3 stage cache in Allen.

This cache is for those who want to have fun. There are multiple ways to get to each stage. By reading the page carefully, you will see I have laid out the best approaches to each stage.

Park just North of stage 1. At stage one you will find...Coordinates.
Stage 2 you are looking for a match box. Walk along Rainforest until you get across the creek from stage one. That way, Muggles will be out of view. When you find stage 2, you will notice it is easy to see from high, but easy to retrieve from low. It contains coordinates for stage 3
Stage 3 is easily found but not easy to get to. NOTE: Viewing the logs it appears many people cross the creek. There is a bridge nearby which I used when placing the cache which should be easier.

Be sure to check out 'Mini Me' by Akulakat TOO. You can use the same parking location for both caches.

Second time was a charm. Stage one was pretty tricky last time and stage two eluded us. Carefully read the logs and found stage two much easier this time. I'm not sure stage two will survive a good rain but it is still where it should be. This is our third multi of Akulacat's--we've enjoyed them all--VERY creative! (The other two were Batman and 5,6, pickup sticks.) TNLNSL

This was a tough one. Not quite sure why, but stage 1 tripped us up. We wish we would have read the previous logs for info about stage 2. It can no longer be pulled up but is safely tucked in at the coordinates. Thanks for a fun cache. TNLN-signed log

This was a doozy. At first I thought stage 1 had disappeared since the wooden post had something missing. So went to play bridge and of course nada. Went back to stage 1 and read the clues. Well give it up little man. Then off to stage 2. If you are supposed to pull something up, forget it. Stage 2 is secure but can only be accessed from one spot. Then on to the final. Being very graceful I am, of course I had to fall on a small tree. Broke it I did. Then with wounded pride, dragged my carcass down the trail. All in all, great day for a good hunt. Thanks.

This was fun, even on a coooooold day like this. Definitely do this one before Mini-Me. We found the right approach without a lot of problems, and it was easier to do stage 2 with two people to scout, one above and one below. TNLN, and thanks!

It was a cold misty day for caching. Stage 2 may need a little work because it can no longer be pulled up over the edge of the cliff either that or I didn't know the correct method. Found all three stages intack.

Just a beautiful day for a cache search. Use caution on phase 2. The bike trail in this area is of the longest in Allen and there are more then 8 caches along the trail.

We had fun with this; nearly gave up on stage one 'till we looked at the hint. We felt like we had scoured that spot, but obviously had not. Felt like we needed to scour our hands after! Stage two was tricky. Found three without too much trouble. Thanks for the adventure!

Third times a charm. My daughter found the first stage. We learned a good lesson, trust your GPS and look everywhere around the coordinates. Stage 2 was fun. Stage 3 was a breeze.

What a great way to start the new year! We had tried to give our fellow cachers some room, but still ran into them later at stage 2. Had a great time doing these stages with Team Desert Rat. Thanks for the cache, it was a good hunt.

Hey Akulakat!! Awesome cache. Took my son, Tim, and we headed out. When we got there, we saw another suspicious looking couple: TXSeekers. We teamed up and crawled around in the mud looking for stage two. Found it and moved on. Got to stage three and had no problem. Good time had by all.

T: TXSeekers magnet
L: $0.25 cent POG from Afghanistan (PX uses this instead of change)

I am logging my TB "Timon" as the beginning point of his journey.

NOTE: The TB La Tour Eiffel was not there. I was going to take it to Afghanistan and points in between, but alas......

Found this one fairly easily. I had to use some clues however. I had both kids with me and they get impatient, so I use the clues sooner than I normally might. I think the kids really enjoyed this one. Coordinates seemed right on.

Larry, Natasha, and Garrett found them. Used the clue on the first one of all things. Guess we needed to get warmed up. Took a travel bug, mini maze, and play doe. Left large white die and sea shells. Thanks for a great time.

Nonnipoppy & I arrive in the metroplex for the holidays with caching on the brain. Tackling this one 1st may have been a mistake, an easier cache for a warm up may have been wiser.
Stage one forces us to use the hint (which we hate to do)& quickly tells us our brain has been misplaced. Simple, obvious, plain site---just missed it.
Other stages were no problem. Enjoyed crossing the creek & finding this cache.
TN/L-Ohio Lottery pin.
Nice job, learning from other cachers is one of the things we like best.

We snuck back into Texas while the guards were not looking. Drawn by the lure of all the great caches hidden by the twisted minds of the Metroplex, we started here.

It was nearly a false start at that. Golfnutz and I really like to play without the clues until we have exhausted all other options. We quickly exhausted them here. Stopped and read the first clue. Duh! Then we finally find stage one.

This is not looking good for our team.

Moving on we found stage two and then approached the final stage from the wrong direction. Poppy goes around Golfnutz goes direct. Golf was standing there writing in his notebook when poppy arrives. Golf kindly waits while allowing poppy time to locate the cache.

I enjoyed this cache. Thank you for the time, effort and expense to hide this and your other caches.

Finally, a cache that was exactly where I thought one would be. Oddly enough, a rarity for me. I think if this were our cache, we would have underestimated the terrain difficulty. Maybe a 2.5 or 3, but hey, maybe we got lucky and found the right footholds. This was a rather normal cache for Akulakat, no perfectly evil invisible mimicry of the Texas bottomland hardwood forest, just a great cache. Thanks. We took the Travel Bug and the Space Center Cards, and left a GLAST card and a geocard, and signed the log of course. For the 289th time, Thanks...

Searched and searched for the second stage here. Finally stumbled onto it and returned it to what we're sure is its rightful place; then found the end stage. This cache was lots of fun. TN/L pin Thanks.

Found it with BCR today. Tricky hide on stage 2! Stage 3 was pretty easy to find. This didn't require near as much daring as I'd feared from the picture on the cache page!
Thanks for the cache, this one was fun. TN/LN/SL

Did this one and Mini Me on the same trip. I think you have rated this higher than it really is. Took glider, left play-doh.

Found this about 12:15PM, wearing business clothes and shoes. Where there's a will there's a way. This is one of the few Akulakat caches that I actually completed on my first visit.

Coordinates are dead on. Enjoyed the walk. This is my kind of cache.

Thanks!!!!

I was on site for over an hour for the two new caches. I was successful at the other one, but I ran out of time at the second stage of this one. Although, I did get to meet the 5cachers. They informed me that WP15 was already FTF and that stole my steam as I was after the Pika TB. I'll be back someday. Thanks.
