Prior background: I enlisted in the U.S. Army Reserves before graduating H.S. While in the College I joined ROTC (one of the Army's commissioning programs). Upon graduation, I was commissioned and assigned to the Regular Army / Chemical Corps. I left the Army in 1997 due to a skydiving accident. I worked a year and a half as a part of management of a manufacturing plant in the civilian world, before deciding to study computer networking.
